If any of the following policies are not complied with, we reserve the right to immediately evict guests from the property and retain the security deposit (if applicable). There will be no refund on lost accommodation.
IMPORTANT: Please note only the person responsible for the reservation which has provided the credit card at time of booking will be able to do the check in for all occupants of the condo. The credit card provided at time of booking will be required as well as a piece of ID with a picture. Any other guests staying with the lead guest WILL NOT be able to access the condo if the lead guest has not checked in first.
Private homes and condos:
Please note that all properties are privately owned vacation homes.
We ask that you treat the property and its contents with respect.
Check-in starts at 5:00 pm.
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
A safety deposit of $1000 may be required for a one-bedroom unit, plus $500 for each additional bedroom in the unit. If a deposit is required it will need to be paid upon arrival.
Rental Age Restriction:
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire length of stay. Identification is required at the time of check-in. The lead guest is responsible for the security deposit and for every other guest activities taking place in the unit and the common areas of the complex.
The number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking and any change must be approved prior to arrival. In all cases, the number of guests cannot exceed the pre-determined maximum occupancy of the unit.
Parties, noise and nuisance:
Loud music, noisy behavior, disrespectful actions or behaviour towards other renters and neighbors as well as excessive numbers of vehicles will not be tolerated. A $250 fee plus taxes will apply for each visit of the security guard. Tremblant Sunstar will evict any guests that do not comply upon the second visit of the security guard. There will be no refund of the security deposit or of any unused portion of the stay.
Under no circumstances should furniture or electronic equipment be moved around. Any damage to floors, walls or the furniture will be charged to the guest.
The guest is responsible for any damage resulting but not limited to: any missing inventory, long-distance charges, excessive downloading from the Internet, damages to the property, unauthorized presence of pets, lost keys, electronic equipment configuration changes, unreasonable housekeeping conditions, unreasonable annoyances for neighbours (including any complaint resulting from noise or other disturbance) and any rule or regulation infraction related to the property, and any other charges required to return the property to its original state.
The guest authorizes Tremblant Sunstar to charge to the credit card on file the costs of any damage, incidentals and/or applicable fees resulting from the non-compliance with any policy, even if this charge exceeds the security deposit.
Pets are not allowed. A $1000 fine (or more in case of damages) will apply for non-compliance to this policy.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, including the balconies. As per the Quebec Anti-Tobacco Legislation a smoking restriction of 9 metres is required from any building.
A smoking penalty of $1000 will apply for non-compliance to this policy.
A charge of $100 to $500 will apply per key lost or not returned.
All residences are supplied with fresh towels and linen. Coffee, soap, hygienic products and basic cleaning supplies are provided in limited quantities free of charge at the start of your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. Kitchens are fully equipped and are to be maintained by guests.
At the end of stay guests must ensure the unit is in a generally clean condition and garbage is taken out and placed in the designated garbage bins. Any excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest at a rate of 50 $/hour plus taxes.
During your stay, additional cleaning services are available and may be purchased for a fee. Please make your housekeeping arrangements by speaking with the front desk staff upon arrival or by calling ahead.
We accept Visa and MasterCard cards only. Your credit card statement will show charges from Club Lespri Tremblant.
A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation, and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Full payment of any activities (ski lift tickets, golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of booking.
**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.
For a full refund, the guest must cancel more than 7 full days before the check-in time of the arrival date. A 10% administrative fee will be applied for qualifying cancelations. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
If due to a ski resort closure (winter only), province/state travel ban or border closure affecting your reserved travel dates we will provide a 1-year monetary credit (from the time of your original departure date) good for a future stay in any of our properties. Guest will need to call Tremblant Sunstar directly at 1-888-221-1411 to redeem credit and schedule a new reservation. New reservations will be subject to availability, nightly rate and minimum length of stay requirements. Please note no credit extensions or refunds of unused credit will be issued.
The following taxes apply: Quebec accommodation tax of 3.5% on accommodation only, as well as 5% GST and 9.975% PST on all services. A 3% royalty applies to activities on the Tremblant site only.
All our properties (except condos in the Chouette complex) have a BBQ that can be used from mid-May to mid-October
Altitude, Équinoxe and Étoile du matin BBQ all year round
For ecological reasons and safety purposes, only ecological logs are permitted in the fireplace. A penalty fee of $500 will apply if other materials are burned in the fireplace. Two artificial logs will be provided per stay from mid-October to mid-May. The rest of the months, the fireplace are close. Additional logs are available for purchase at the Château Beauvallon front desk. The use of the fireplace is the responsibility of the guest. Fireplaces should not be left without supervision.
Étoile du Matin condos have natural gas fireplaces.
Chouettes condos do not have a fireplace.
Altitude, Equinoxe and Étoile du matin open all year round
To ensure your utmost luxury and comfort level in our condos, we highly recommend that the sofa beds are not used as an alternative bedding option. Some of our condos are equipped with fully functional sofa beds with the purpose to accommodate, if need be, the younger traveller such as small children or youth.
As sofa beds in general offer minimal comfortability we strongly recommend that you speak with one of our experienced Sales agents to determine your accommodation needs.
Swimming pools and hot tubs (available with selected properties only):
Pools are usually open end of June to end of August as well as Labor Day Weekend. The hot tubs in the following complexes are open year-round: Altitude, Tremblant les Eaux, Étoile du Matin and Équinoxe (buildings 150 and 170 only). The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements. Tremblant Sunstar declines any responsibility for the pool and hot tub schedule operation.
Each property has a minimum of one reserved parking space. A valid parking pass must be visible on the dash of the car at all times. The vehicles must be parked in the proper designated area. Additional vehicles can park at P1 and P2 (fees may apply). Tremblant Sunstar is not responsible for towing fees should your vehicle be towed.
Équinoxe and Clairière have two parking spaces for units with two bedrooms or more.

Peace of Mind Program:
Covers any accidental damage to the unit during your stay up to $200, excluding nuisance and noise and disrespectful behaviour towards neighbors.
Limit of Liability:
Tremblant Sunstar acts as a property management and rental company for owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. We reserve the right to transfer guests to another property with the same capacity at our discretion if the unit initially reserved becomes unavailable or was sold in the meantime. Prior notification may not always be possible. Tremblant Sunstar cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of the following: electricity, telephone, water, cable service, internet service, hot tub/pool, ski-in, ski-out trail and ski slopes, snow removal, resort shuttle or any other unforeseen situation outside of Tremblant Sunstar control.
